Human Resources Positions

Our Human Resources department is responsible for maintaining the company's primary employment records, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, training documentation, MVRs, delivery drivers's insurance records, pre-employment and random drug screens, medical enrollment forms, and more. They are responsible for coordinating employee benefits and company insurance such as Worker's Compensation Insurance, Group Medical Insurance, and Property, Auto, and General Liability Insurance. They are responsible for Elliott Electric Supply's employee handbooks, Safe Driving training course, Forklift Training manuals, and workplace safety manuals.

The Human Resource Department keeps track of delivery vehicles and fuel cards, vehicle accidents, on-the-job injuries, and unemployment claims. The department has an obligation to make itself available to all Elliott Electric Supply employees for confidential discussions and/or consultation on employment issues such as harassment, safety, discrimination, leave of absence, theft, and substance abuse counseling.

The Training Team

Human Resources also includes our Training team, which is responsible for holding training sessions for various positions in the branch stores, primarily store managers, operations managers, inside sales personnel, outside sales personnel, inventory control and cycle counters. They are assisted in this task by other Store Services departments.
