IT Technician
Description:
  • Perform specialized hardware and software repairs and support for a diverse range of users.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and networking/communication problems, conflicts, and defects.

Requirements:
  • Experience with the following is a plus: Windows-XP,Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory, File Servers, Printer Servers, and TCP/IP networks, Microsoft WTS, thin-clients, and roaming profiles.
  • Willing to provide user support in-person, via email or on the phone. Good phone skills are required.
  • Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written skills and attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in the Nacogdoches area—No telecommuting.
  • Some travel to new and existing locations is required.
  • Full-time position
