Software Developer
Description:
Be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle working both independently (under general supervision) and in small teams. Expected to design, develop, test, install and maintain software to meet provided specifications.
Primary assignments will involve projects on our website and intra/extranet using Visual Basic, ASP.NET, and JavaScript/AJAX.
Potential to work with other technologies including AlphaBasic, barcode wands, .Net Compact Framework, C++, AIX, ISAM files, windows services, Windows Terminal Services and any other technology judged beneficial to our business needs.
Requirements:
Skills Required:
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of computer systems, systems analysis, program design, coding application, application packages and program testing
- Degree in CIS or CSC (or equivalent)
