Job Description:


Meetings(vendor and personnel)

Run and format various data for vendor meetings as well as possible research.

Possibly taking notes and action items in meetings as well as working with myself and groups to make sure we are following up on action items.

Work with groups on documentations of processes, creating potential trainings, and add some of these processes to our entranet.

Constantly re-rank “to do list” by Inventory group

Assist with reporting Inventory positions performance as well as documenting long and short term goals.

Assist with the applicant searches, interviews, and hiring of Inventory personnel.

New Store Setup’s

Keeping up with a checklist and following up with the Product Groups achievement.

Vendor Contact Info

Load Business Cards

Help load and maintain vendor contacts


The successful applicant will have some or all of the following traits or skills:

Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

Highly detail oriented

Excellent time management skills

Ability to transition from task to task seamlessly

Ability to communicate clearly in writing as well as verbally

Basic business related math skills, I.e. how to figure margin, markup, discount amount and percentage etc.

A customer service mentality

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs or equivalent

Normal work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, subject to changes by your immediate supervisor or the Inventory Manager.

Hourly wage will be based on previous experience and skill set of the applicant.
