Job Description:
Responsible for performing the day-to-day clarical activities related to assisting the Construction Department's management of commercial properties. Duties include but are not limited to:
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to prioritize and execute a wide array of tasks; maintain meticulous administrative and financial records; valid driver’s license; ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision making; customer service and problem solving skills; strong communication skills both written and verbal. AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
