Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Elliott Electric Supply in Bossier City is currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality who likes dealing with people and can multi-task. Our business is often a fast paced environment and we need someone who can succeed at accomplishing all tasks in that type of atmosphere. We do offer a benefit package after 90 days of employment. Pay is dependent on experience.

The primary responsibilities are as follows:

Answering and managing incoming calls/messages 

Data entry into online systems and Excel spreadsheets

Assisting with various computer related tasks such as processing invoices and communicating via email 

Filing of various paperwork

Assisting sales and management with various tasks

We are looking for the following qualifications:

Outgoing, friendly personality 

Must be comfortable with computers and learning new systems

Must be able to efficiently handle a multi-line phone system

Reliable transportation
