Job Description:

ADMIN ASST / RECEPTIONIST (CREDIT DEPARTMENT): To assist the Credit Dept with calls and customer service questions.  Assist team with processing New Customer Applications and References as needed.  This job will keep you busy; good workflow; and nice people.  This is a Team Position, working alongside other Admin Assts, they'll share the responsibility of assisting the department in the new account process, special projects, and other work as required.  Direct customer contact, phone, email, fax. Answer and transfer incoming credit calls.  Basic MS Office skills. Friendly telephone voice is a plus!  Free coffee!  

 

SCHEDULE:   M-F  Some flexibility in work schedule.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.  Computer literacy – Email, MS Office preferred. Good entry level position.  Bilingual is helpful but not required.
