Social Media Event: ABB Enjoy the Outdoors Giveaway
Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Enjoy the Outdoors Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on September 1st, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 30th, 2023 (the "Giveaway Period"). The giveaway consists of three (3) drawings from all eligible entries to award three (3) Grand Prizes.
The three (3) winners of the Grand Prizes will receive the following: One (1) Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0 Backyard Bundle (Includes fire pit, stand, shelter, shield, and lid).
HOW TO ENTER
All three qualifications stated in the giveaway must be met to receive one (1) entry on each social media platform.
On Instagram: Entrants will earn one (1) entry by following the Elliott Electric Supply Instagram page, liking the giveaway post, and commenting on the giveaway post.
On Facebook: Entrants will earn one (1) entry by liking the Elliott Electric Supply Facebook page, liking the giveaway post, and commenting on the giveaway post.
On Twitter: Entrants will earn one (1) entry by following the Elliott Electric Supply Twitter page, liking the giveaway post, and retweeting the giveaway post.
Entrants are limited to one entry per social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter). The Enjoy the Outdoors Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Three (3) grand prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the terms stated in the Enjoy the Outdoors Giveaway. The potential prize winners will be notified directly using contact information provided on the social media platform in which their entry was collected from. Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS
Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value of One (1) Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0 Backyard Bundle (Includes fire pit, stand, shelter, shield, and lid) is $450.00.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Enjoy the Outdoors Giveaway. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error.
