Make a Splash: Official Rules
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO ENTER.
ELIGIBILITY: OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Make a Splash Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on April 26th, 2023 and ends at
11:59:59 p.m. CT on July 25th, 2023 (the "Promotional Period"). The promotion consists of two (2) drawings from all eligible entries to award
two (2) Grand Prizes.
The two (2) winners of the Grand Prizes will each receive one (1) of the following: one (1) Ultraskiff 360 Boat with Seat and Trolling Motor.
HOW TO ENTER: Customers will earn an entry for every two hundred dollars ($200) spent on Lutron product on a single invoice at
participating Elliott Electric Supply stores’ counters or Will Call areas from April 26th - July 25th, 2023. A customer will receive a bonus entry
for every Lutron Sunnata dimmer and/or Lutron Smart Diva dimmer purchased on a single invoice at participating Elliott Electric Supply
stores’ counters or Will Call areas from April 26th - July 25th, 2023.
There are no limits to how many entries a customer can get per day. The Make a Splash Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state
and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) grand prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in
accordance with the terms stated in the Make a Splash Promotion. The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information
provided or collected at the time of entry. Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or
not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of
the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such
potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value of one (1) Ultraskiff 360 Boat with Seat and Trolling Motor is $2,800.00.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Make a Splash
Promotion. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no
responsibility for any error. Neither employees or direct relatives of employees of Elliott Electric Supply and Lutron are eligible to enter the
Make a Splash promotion.
