Official Rules: Harvest the Power of Generac
at Elliott Electric Supply, October 2025

ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "Harvest the Power of Generac" Generac Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on October 1, 2025 and continues only
while supplies last or until management's discretion (the "Promotional Period").
HOW TO REDEEM:
Customers will choose one (1) of three (3) prizes based on their purchase of a Generac Generator in the following categories:
Air Cooled 22-26 kWh Generator: Customer's Choice of Approximate $100 Value Prize

Purchase Liquid Cooled 22-60 kWh Generator: Customer's Choice of $150 Value Prize
- $150 Gift Card

Purchase Liquid Cooled 70 kWh Generator: Customer's Choice of $200 Value Prize

*Customer's that purchase a generator from Elliott Electric's Charlotte, NC store will additionally receive an entry into a drawing to win one (1) of three (3) $600 Ticketmaster Gift Cards.
Upon completion of the sale, an Elliott Electric Supply salesperson or manager shall complete the online prize selection form, indicating the customer's selected prize and corresponding purchase information. Following verification, the chosen prize will be shipped directly to the store for distribution to the customer. Customers who purchase qualifying generators from Elliott Electric Supply's Charlotte, North Carolina location, provided their account is in good standing, shall automatically receive one (1) entry into a separate drawing for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) Ticketmaster Gift Cards, each valued at six hundred dollars ($600). Winners of the Charlotte, North Carolina drawing will be selected on December 20, 2025.
PRIZE AVAILABILITY:
Any customer who completes a qualifying purchase of a Generac generator during the designated promotional period shall be eligible to receive a prize, the nature of which shall be determined based on the specific model of generator purchased. There shall be no restriction on the number of prizes a customer may earn, provided each prize corresponds to a separate qualifying purchase. Furthermore, each qualifying purchase of a Generac generator made at the Charlotte, North Carolina retail location shall entitle the purchaser to one (1) entry into a random drawing for a Ticketmaster Gift Card valued at six hundred dollars ($600 USD).
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "Harvest the Power of Generac" Generac Promotion. Fulfillment of customer's chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply's control. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error. Neither employees nor direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply and Generac are eligible to participate.
