Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to support the day to day operations of the branch by providing administrative services. You will assist the receptionist with answering and distributing phone calls, as well as the banking as needed. You will be assisting with checking and scanning in receiving paperwork. There will be light warehouse tasks which will include stock checking and pulling material for returns, as well as assisting with product and stock rotation returns. You will be running monthly reports to help maintain stock levels at our satellite stores. Maintaining good relations with vendors, customers and other employees is an important aspect of our daily job. 

 

Hours of this job are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

 

 

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a strong personality that is excited to work for a company with advancement opportunities. High School Diploma or GED with industrial warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code. Must be able to read orders/match items on packing slips. Basic math skills, computer skills, reasoning skills, customer service skills and knowlege of Microsoft office programs (ie: Excel, Outlook, Word) is required. Previous event planning experience is a plus. Bilingual in spanish is a plus.
