The Leadership Development Program begins with recruiting potential candidates for hire. The purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to provide a pool of highly qualified and knowledgeable individuals who are ready and capable to become excellent Branch Managers, Operations Managers, or Salespeople and fill these roles as needed.
Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Previous work experience in sales or customer service enviornment
3. College Degree with GPA higher than 2.5, if recruited straight from college
4. Strong Work Ethic
5. Quick Learner
6. Strong Communication Skills
7. Self-Motivated
9. Problem Solver
