Credit - Assistant

Job Description:

Administrative Assistant - Industrial Accounts.  To assist Industrial Collections Specialists with processing and reconciling invoices submitted online.  Using online portals to bill and communicate with a particular customer group.  Familiarity with online systems such as Open Invoice, Ariba, and Coupa especially helpful.  Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry also helpful.  Assist administrative staff with all other credit department responsibilities and special projects. 

 

SCHEDULE:   8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  M-F  Some flexibility in work schedule.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.  Computer literacy – Email, Excel, Word required. This is an invoice processing job with a high volume of detailed work.  The right candidate will have a background that includes proven organizational skills.
